講師簡介：

LYNETTE NAM, LEGAL OFFICER 

澳洲律師，擁有昆士蘭大學的藝術與法律雙學位。再加入香港的Justice Centre之前，在Fragomen Worldwide工作，是一家專攻移民法的國際法律事務所，在澳洲及香港有分支。在更之前，他在泰緬邊境工作，是人權培訓者，致力於發展及實施針對年輕Karenni難民的非暴力社會改革課程。 他也在日本東京的難民組織工作過，也在澳洲許多社區法律中心擔任過志工。

Lynette is an Australian qualified lawyer and holds a dual degree in Bachelor of Arts/Laws (Hon) from the University of Queensland.  Before joining Justice Centre, Lynette worked at Fragomen Worldwide, an international law firm specialising in immigration law, in Australia and Hong Kong. Previous to this, Lynette was a human rights trainer on the Thai-Burma border, where she developed and implemented a curriculum on non-violent social change for young Karenni refugees. Lynette also worked with Refugees International Japan in Tokyo, and has volunteered at various community legal centres in Australia.

LISA RIZZO, LEGAL OFFICER

曾在澳大利亞擔任媒體和行銷機構勞僱關係經理，專門從事勞動及就業服務法律，並與澳大利亞，泰國和香港等不同國家的弱勢社區合作。 Lisa擁有新南威爾士州麥考瑞大學法律學士學位，新南威爾士大學商學學士學位和新南威爾士州法學院法學碩士文憑。

Formerly an Employment Relations Manager for media and distribution organisations in Australia, specializing in employment law, Lisa has worked with disadvantaged communities in various countries, including Australia, Thailand and Hong Kong.  Lisa holds a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University (NSW), a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and a Postgraduate Diploma in Laws from the College of Law, NSW.

Justice Centre Legal Services provide free and independent legal assistance to people seeking non-refoulement protection in Hong Kong. We also strive to strengthen the rule of law and enhance protection for our clients through strategic litigation.  We deliver regular seminars on refugee and human rights law and practical skills training to lawyers and human rights professionals in Hong Kong. 

This exciting program, delivered in collaboration with the Taiwan Association of Human Rights, draws on years of experience in providing hands-on and engaging training, to equip participants with knowledge and skills to provide quality legal support to asylum applicants in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific Region.
