Objectives
Human Rights Defenders (HRD) Programme aims to protect human rights activists and practitioners by strengthening and promoting the role of the Human Rights Defenders and strengthening both domestic and international human rights protection mechanisms in accordance with internationally recognized human rights standards and norms.
